The delivery time for the products varies according to the location, the payment method chosen, the type of shipping and the availability of the purchased product.
Deliveries in the City of São Paulo, deliveries are made within 2 business days, after payment approval.
Deliveries to other states and municipalities are carried out through the postal service. After payment confirmation, the package will be sent to the post office within 2 business days - and you will receive the tracking code in your email.
Return Conditions - Store Credit.
We will only return products worth more than 500.00 reais.
The customer may return purchased products subject to the following conditions:
(i) The products must have the manufacturer's labels and seals;
(ii) The products must be in their original packaging, accompanied by a manual and all its accessories, including, for example, protective shoe boxes/bags, jewelry bags, plastic packaging and swimsuit and bikini protection stickers, warranties and brochures;
(iii) The products must not have been washed and/or show signs of use, such as odors, stains, grooves and sewing adjustments.
All products received will be submitted to an evaluation, in order to verify if the return fulfills the requirements stipulated in this Policy.
As long as the returned product meets the requirements stipulated herein.
In the case of exchanges, the customer will receive, through the Customer Service Center, all the information for the exchange for the new product, and if the value of the chosen product exceeds the value of the complaining product, the customer must arrange payment for the difference.
